Swing Stations Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to providing clients and users of our facilities (jointly “Users”) with a fun recreational activity. - We will investigate all complaints and respond in writing within 30 days.
- If the complaint is found to be justified, We will take appropriate corrective measures.
- If a User is not satisfied with Our response, they may escalate the complaint to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
